    Abstract

    Digital governance in contemporary India represents one of the most significant administrative and democratic transformations of the twenty-first century redefining the relationship between the state and its citizens through the systematic integration of digital technologies into governance processes service delivery mechanisms policy consultation frameworks and participatory platforms. Over the past decade India has witnessed an unprecedented expansion in digital infrastructure including broadband penetration mobile connectivity digital identity architecture cloud-based governance systems interoperable databases and data-driven administrative reforms all of which have collectively reshaped the operational logic of public administration. The concept of digital governance extends beyond traditional e-governance models by incorporating interactive citizen-centric and platform-based governance ecosystems that enable real-time engagement grievance redressal policy consultation and digital
