Abstract

Digital governance in contemporary India represents one of the most significant administrative and democratic transformations of the twenty-first century redefining the relationship between the state and its citizens through the systematic integration of digital technologies into governance processes service delivery mechanisms policy consultation frameworks and participatory platforms.
