  • A Balanced View on the Connection Between Women’s Work Satisfaction and the Financial Growth of IT Companies

    Abstract

    Employee satisfaction is a critical determinant of organizational performance and in contemporary IT companies women’s work satisfaction plays an increasingly prominent role. This research examines the connection between women’s job satisfaction and the financial growth of IT companies exploring how workplace policies culture leadership and support mechanisms influence both employee well-being and organizational profitability. The study adopts a mixed-methods approach combining survey data from female IT professionals with financial performance indicators of their companies. Key variables include employee engagement work-life balance career advancement opportunities compensation and organizational support measured against revenue growth profitability ratios and productivity metrics.
