Recruiting hiring motivating and retaining women workers is a priority for many companies. Every business has its own distinct approach. A comprehensive research was conducted and presented with the aim of assessing the different factors related to job satisfaction and potential future actions that the IT organization may do to attract and retain more female workers. Research in the information technology field has shown that there is need for development for female professionals in several areas. The findings of this study build upon those of the previous work [24]. We can now add to the existing body of knowledge thanks to this study which will be crucial in formulating new policies to support women in the information technology field. Analyzing the economic development based on the contribution of women workers in an IT organization provides a dual perspective while analyzing work happiness metrics helps us realize the potential of women and positions them in work.
