  • A New Era for Indian Politics

    Abstract

    Indian politics has witnessed a historic transition over the past decade marked by profound structural ideological and technological shifts that have reshaped governance electoral behaviour public participation policy priorities and party strategies. This new era is characterized by the rise of strong central leadership rapid digitalization of political communication increasing youth engagement emergence of welfare-driven governance models and a nationwide discourse shaped more by narratives identity constructs and development promises than by traditional caste–regional equations.
