Abstract
As the global demand for sustainable energy solutions grows solar homes—residences equipped with photovoltaic (PV) systems—emerge as a promising avenue for reducing dependence on fossil fuels and minimizing environmental impact. This study explores the potential energy use and benefits of solar homes in the coming decades considering advancements in technology economic feasibility and integration with smart grid systems. Through a combination of theoretical modeling empirical data analysis and case studies we examine how future innovations in PV technology energy storage and home automation can enhance the efficiency and utility of solar homes. The findings suggest that with continued advancements solar homes could significantly contribute to energy independence lower household energy costs and support broader efforts to combat climate change. This research underscores the importance of continued investment in solar technology and policy support to maximize the potential of solar homes
