Abstract
This study examines the effectiveness of social media as a tool in the recruiting process. With the growing importance of digital platforms in job searches this analysis investigates how social media influences recruitment outcomes compared to traditional methods. Using a mixed-methods approach including quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews with HR professionals and job seekers the research assesses metrics such as the quality of candidates recruitment speed and overall cost-effectiveness. The findings reveal that while social media offers significant advantages in reaching a broader and more diverse talent pool its effectiveness varies by industry and position level. The study highlights best practices for leveraging social media in recruitment and provides recommendations for optimizing social media strategies to enhance recruitment processes. This research contributes to understanding the evolving landscape of recruitment and offers practical insights for organizations ai
