    Abstract

    Surrogacy a reproductive arrangement in which a surrogate mother carries and delivers a child for another individual or couple has garnered significant attention and debate in recent years. This paper provides a comprehensive examination of the benefits and drawbacks of surrogacy from legal ethical and social perspectives. The primary benefits include the ability to help individuals or couples with infertility issues or same-sex couples achieve their desired family structure as well as the potential for surrogates to provide a valuable service while receiving compensation.
