Abstract
Cultural education has emerged as a central pillar for shaping inclusive tolerant and globally aware societies. In an era marked by rapid technological change increasing migration cultural hybridity and evolving social structures educational systems worldwide are compelled to rethink how culture is taught understood and experienced. Approaching cultural education from every angle emphasizes the need for a multidimensional framework that integrates historical understanding artistic expression digital literacy community engagement linguistic diversity and global interconnectedness.
