Abstract
The 21st century has introduced rapid shifts in art and culture driven largely by technological advancements digital media and globalization. This paper examines the dynamic interplay between art culture and society focusing on how digital platforms have expanded access to cultural expressions and allowed new forms of creative engagement. The hypothesis suggests that while digitalization has democratized art and made it more diverse it also presents challenges such as the risk of cultural homogenization where global cultural flows may overshadow regional uniqueness. By reviewing the effects of digital art dissemination the impact of social movements and the role of cultural hybridization this paper seeks to understand how modern art reflects and influences societal changes in an interconnected world.
