Abstract
In the rapidly evolving landscape of higher education in India assessing the relative efficiency of various service quality elements is crucial for improving overall educational outcomes. This study investigates the impact of different service quality dimensions on the quality of higher education in India. Using a mixed-methods approach we analyze key service quality factors such as faculty competence infrastructure administrative support and student services through surveys and interviews with students faculty and administrative staff. The study employs statistical techniques to evaluate the efficiency of these elements and their influence on educational quality. Findings reveal that while certain elements like faculty competence and infrastructure significantly enhance educational quality others such as administrative support show varying degrees of effectiveness.
