The rapid advancement of big data analytics has transformed decision-making processes across industries influencing governance business strategies healthcare and public policy. While the ability to collect process and analyze vast amounts of data offers immense benefits concerns regarding privacy bias misinformation and ethical misuse have raised critical questions about social trust in data-driven systems. This study explores the impact of big data analytics on public perceptions examining how the increasing reliance on data influences trust in institutions digital platforms and decision-making frameworks.
