Abstract

This study explores the character traits of urban tribal children focusing on those living in metropolitan areas yet retaining strong cultural ties to their tribal heritage. Through qualitative and quantitative methods the research identifies key characteristics such as adaptability resilience and a strong sense of community. Urban tribal children often navigate complex social environments balancing traditional values with modern urban pressures. The study highlights their ability to integrate diverse cultural influences while maintaining a distinct tribal identity. Challenges such as cultural erosion socio-economic disparities and educational barriers are also examined. The findings suggest that urban tribal children develop unique coping mechanisms and social skills demonstrating a blend of traditional tribal wisdom and contemporary urban adaptability.
