Abstract
Climate change has emerged as one of the most pressing global challenges significantly impacting ecosystems economies and societies. Sustainable development which aims to balance economic growth environmental protection and social equity has become a key objective for India. This paper examines the relationship between climate change and sustainable development in the context of Indian economic policies. It analyzes major policies initiatives and frameworks implemented by the Indian government to combat climate change while ensuring economic sustainability.
