Abstract
The concept of smart cities has emerged as one of the most significant urban development models in the twenty-first century. Rapid urbanization population growth environmental challenges technological advancement and increasing pressure on urban infrastructure have encouraged governments and policymakers to adopt smart city initiatives aimed at improving urban management sustainability and quality of life.
