Abstract

The rapid expansion of digital technologies has significantly transformed educational systems worldwide creating new opportunities for teaching learning and knowledge sharing. However unequal access to digital resources internet connectivity digital skills and technological infrastructure has widened educational disparities among different social groups. This study examines the relationship between the digital divide and educational equity by exploring how technology-driven learning influences access to quality education student participation academic achievement and social inclusion. Using a qualitative research approach based on secondary data the paper reviews recent scholarly literature policy documents and institutional reports to identify the major dimensions and consequences of digital inequality in education.
