  • Digital Financial Inclusion and Womens Economic Empowerment in Rural Communities

    Abstract

    Digital financial inclusion has emerged as a transformative force in promoting economic development and reducing socio-economic inequalities particularly among women in rural communities. The increasing penetration of digital technologies mobile banking digital payment platforms and government-led financial inclusion initiatives has enabled rural women to gain access to formal financial services that were previously unavailable or difficult to access. This access enhances womens ability to save borrow invest and participate actively in economic activities.
