    Abstract

    Digital storytelling has emerged as one of the most innovative and powerful mediums for preserving transmitting and revitalizing cultural heritage in India between 2018 and 2025. With the rapid growth of internet penetration affordable smartphones and multimedia platforms cultural narratives that were once confined to local traditions have found new audiences both within the country and globally. This paper explores the intersection of digital storytelling and the preservation of Indian culture emphasizing how oral traditions folklore classical art forms regional literature and indigenous knowledge systems have been reinterpreted through digital means.
