Abstract
Education and digital literacy have emerged as two of the most influential forces shaping the transformation of Indian society in the twenty-first century. The rapid expansion of digital technologies internet connectivity and information communication tools has significantly altered the way individuals access knowledge communicate participate in economic activities and engage with governance structures.
