Abstract
Education has long been regarded as one of the most powerful instruments for social transformation. It shapes human consciousness influences social values and determines the direction of societal progress. In both developed and developing societies education plays a crucial role in addressing inequality promoting social justice fostering democratic values and empowering marginalized communities. Beyond its role in economic development education contributes significantly to cultural continuity and change political awareness and ethical development.
