  • Evolution of Hybrid Work Culture in Post-Pandemic India

    Abstract

    The evolution of hybrid work culture in post-pandemic India represents a major structural shift in the country’s organisational technological and workforce dynamics. Before the COVID-19 pandemic remote work was largely limited to select IT firms outsourcing companies and digital service industries. However the prolonged nationwide lockdowns and the necessity of continuing economic activity pushed organisations across sectors to adopt digital work models. As companies learned to operate through virtual platforms hybrid work—an arrangement combining remote work with on-site presence—emerged as the most sustainable approach. This research paper explores how hybrid work culture has evolved in India after the pandemic how organisations restructured their processes how employees adapted to new workplace expectations and how technology enabled a seamless transition.
