Abstract
India’s civilizational journey is unique in the history of the world. Unlike many ancient cultures that vanished under the weight of conquest or assimilation Indian civilization persisted through millennia of transformation sustaining its identity through the evolving but continuous current of spiritual wisdom. At the heart of this civilizational identity lies its spiritual heritage—a deep reservoir of metaphysical inquiry ethical frameworks and pluralistic traditions. However during the colonial period this inner strength was obscured by both external domination and internal decay. It was in this critical moment that Swami Vivekananda emerged as a force of cultural renewal and national awakening.
