Abstract
Globalization has emerged as one of the most influential processes shaping contemporary societies across the world. It refers to the increasing interconnectedness of countries through economic exchange cultural interaction technological advancement and political cooperation. Over the past few decades globalization has transformed how societies function influencing social structures lifestyles employment patterns cultural identities and governance systems. While globalization has contributed significantly to economic growth knowledge sharing and global cooperation it has also generated complex social challenges such as inequality cultural homogenization social exclusion and identity crises.
