Abstract

Human rights and social responsibility represent two interdependent pillars of a just inclusive and sustainable society. Human rights provide the normative framework that guarantees dignity equality freedom and justice to every individual while social responsibility reflects the ethical and moral obligations of individuals institutions corporations and states toward society. In the contemporary globalized world marked by rapid economic development technological advancement and social transformation the relationship between human rights and social responsibility has gained unprecedented significance. The realization of human rights is no longer the sole duty of the state it increasingly depends on the responsible conduct of non-state actors such as corporations civil society organizations media and individuals. This research paper examines the conceptual foundations of human rights and social responsibility explores their historical evolution analyzes their interrelationship and discuss
