Abstract
The role of Indian intellectuals in shaping modern international relations has been both profound and transformative. This paper explores the contributions of key Indian scholars policymakers and thinkers who have influenced global diplomatic discourse and international policies. From early post-colonial leaders such as Jawaharlal Nehru whose vision of non-alignment shaped Indias foreign policy to contemporary intellectuals advocating for a multipolar world Indian thought has consistently contributed to the evolution of global relations. The study examines how these intellectuals have addressed issues such as colonial legacies global governance and regional security and how their ideas have resonated within the broader international community.
