Abstract
The rapid digital transformation of public services has redefined the landscape of social welfare making governance more efficient accessible and inclusive. Digital platforms have revolutionized service delivery in healthcare education financial assistance and public administration ensuring greater transparency and reducing bureaucratic inefficiencies. This research examines how innovations in digital public services are enhancing citizen engagement streamlining welfare programs and addressing socio-economic inequalities. Using a multidisciplinary approach the study explores the impact of artificial intelligence big data and cloud computing on governance while also analyzing the ethical privacy and accessibility challenges that accompany such transformations.
