Abstract

Within the office setting the phrase Quality of Working Life (QWL) refers to the extent to which employees experience overall satisfaction and happiness with their work environment. It encompasses several factors like as job satisfaction work-life equilibrium workplace security and employee involvement among other things. The objective of boosting the quality of work life (QWL) is to enhance both the personal and professional aspects of employees lives leading to better performance reduced turnover and increased employees dedication to the company. Possible solutions for boosting quality of work life (QWL) include upgrading working conditions providing opportunities for professional development and fostering a supportive and inclusive workplace culture. This complete strategy also has the ability to positively impact the performance and productivity of the organization in addition to giving benefits to the individuals.
