    Abstract

    Mahatma Jyotiba Phule a pioneer in the social reform movement of 19th-century India played a significant role in shaping the foundations of India’s social justice movement. His radical ideas on caste gender equality and education brought about a paradigm shift in the socio-political landscape of colonial India.
