Abstract
The rapid expansion of digital technologies has transformed the ways individuals communicate interact and seek support for mental health concerns. Online communities have emerged as significant spaces where people share personal experiences discuss psychological challenges and construct collective narratives around mental well-being. These virtual environments provide opportunities for emotional support identity formation and social connection particularly for individuals who may face stigma or isolation in offline settings.
