  • Mental Health Social Support and Youth Well-Being in the Post-Pandemic Era

    Abstract

    The COVID-19 pandemic significantly altered the social educational economic and psychological experiences of young people across the world. School and university closures social isolation disruption of daily routines uncertainty about academic and professional futures and reduced face-to-face interaction created new challenges for youth mental health and well-being. Although many restrictions have ended their psychological and social consequences continue to influence young people in the post-pandemic era. This paper examines the relationship between mental health social support and youth well-being with particular attention to the continuing consequences of the pandemic. Using a qualitative research design based on secondary sources the study analyses recent scholarly research international reports and institutional evidence concerning anxiety depression loneliness social relationships family support peer interaction digital engagement and access to mental health services. The finding
