Abstract

The rapid growth of online gaming has created new entertainment opportunities but also raised concerns about addiction among adolescents. Excessive gaming impacts mental health academic performance and social relationships. This paper examines the prevalence of online gaming addiction among Indian adolescents explores its behavioral and psychological impacts and discusses strategies for prevention and management through education awareness and policy frameworks.
