Abstract
Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) have become an indispensable part of modern banking providing customers with convenient access to financial services. However the increasing sophistication of cyberattacks skimming devices and identity theft has highlighted significant vulnerabilities in traditional ATM systems. This research paper focuses on the development of a new and improved secured ATM system designed to enhance security prevent fraud and safeguard user information. The study examines the architectural design hardware and software integration encryption mechanisms multi-factor authentication biometric verification and real-time monitoring features incorporated into the enhanced ATM system. It also explores methods for intrusion detection secure communication protocols fraud prevention algorithms and resilience against physical and cyber threats. Through analysis of existing vulnerabilities comparative evaluation of current security measures and exploration of innovative technologi
