    Abstract

    Feminist perspectives have long challenged the traditional structures and power dynamics of political institutions arguing for a more inclusive and equitable representation of gender in governance. The executive branch as a central pillar of governmental authority has historically exhibited gendered hierarchies and practices that limit womens participation and influence. This study explores the intersection of feminist theory and executive politics analyzing how feminist perspectives critique reshape and envision the role of women and gender-sensitive approaches in executive leadership.
