    Abstract

    The rapid expansion of digital administration has significantly transformed the relationship between governments and citizens across the world. Governments increasingly employ digital technologies to enhance public service delivery administrative efficiency transparency and citizen engagement. While digital administration has created new opportunities for improving governance outcomes it has also raised important questions regarding political trust accountability privacy and institutional legitimacy.
