  • Poverty Food Security and the Development Goals Implemented After the Year 2015

    Abstract

    This paper examines the interplay between poverty alleviation and food security within the framework of global development goals established post-2015. Following the adoption of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) there has been renewed focus on eradicating poverty and ensuring food security as central to sustainable development. This study provides a comprehensive analysis of how the SDGs particularly Goal 1 (No Poverty) and Goal 2 (Zero Hunger) have influenced national and international policies aimed at improving living conditions and access to adequate nutrition. Through a review of policy implementations program outcomes and statistical data from various regions the paper highlights progress made persistent challenges and the synergies between poverty reduction and food security initiatives. It also explores the role of international cooperation technological innovations and community-driven approaches in achieving these goals. The findings underscore the need
