    Abstract

    Organized retailing in rural areas presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities. Despite the potential for economic growth and improved access to goods several issues hinder the effective implementation and sustainability of organized retail in these regions. Key problems include inadequate infrastructure such as poor transportation and logistics networks which complicate the supply chain and increase costs. Limited consumer purchasing power and low population density further reduce the profitability and viability of retail ventures.
