Abstract
In the context of Indian service employment the purpose of this research is to investigate the ways in which high levels of control effect employee performance. The registered offices of a variety of service organizations in India were visited in order to collect a total of 105 samples. It was determined via statistical analysis that the frameworks for surveys were gathered. An analysis was conducted to determine how staff members opinions of their own performance were affected by several factors including recruiting and selection endplate training procedures program assessment and performance evaluations. Research has shown that human resource procedures have a significant relationship with the performance of employees.
