Sustainable development is a critical concept for India balancing economic growth with environmental preservation. In India rapid industrialization and urbanization have led to significant environmental challenges including air and water pollution deforestation and biodiversity loss. This abstract examines the interplay between sustainable development and environmental management in India focusing on policies strategies and their effectiveness in promoting ecological balance.
