The impact of Christianity on Indias Dalit community is a multifaceted phenomenon that has significantly influenced their social economic and cultural dynamics. This study explores the historical introduction of Christianity to India and its subsequent effects on Dalits who have traditionally been marginalized within the Hindu caste system. The research highlights how conversion to Christianity has provided Dalits with new opportunities for social mobility education and economic advancement while also offering a spiritual and communal identity distinct from the oppressive structures of the caste system.
