Abstract

The introduction of the New Education Policy (NEP) in India has had significant political social and economic implications. Aimed at reforming the education system the NEP introduces structural changes in school and higher education promoting skill development multilingual learning and digital integration. While the policy seeks to modernize education it has also generated political debates regarding federal governance resource allocation ideological influence and its impact on marginalized communities. This research paper analyzes the influence of the NEP on Indias political landscape exploring how different political groups states and policymakers respond to its implementation. By assessing the socio-political implications of the NEP this study aims to understand its role in shaping future governance electoral strategies and policy priorities.
