Abstract

Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) occupy a foundational position in India’s economic architecture and are pivotal in generating wealth across diverse segments of the national economy. The sector encompassing a wide range of manufacturing service trade and agro-based enterprises significantly contributes to gross domestic product (GDP) export earnings and employment creation thereby reinforcing the country’s productive capacity and socio-economic stability. MSMEs foster entrepreneurship by providing an accessible platform for individuals and communities to engage in business activities with relatively low capital investment while simultaneously stimulating local economic ecosystems.
