Abstract
This study investigates the factors influencing job satisfaction among auditors in auditing firms. Using a mixed-methods approach the research analyzes both quantitative data from surveys and qualitative insights from interviews to identify key determinants of job satisfaction in this profession. The study focuses on factors such as work environment compensation career development opportunities work-life balance and management practices. Findings reveal that while compensation and career development opportunities significantly impact job satisfaction work environment and management practices also play crucial roles. The results underscore the importance of creating supportive work environments and providing career growth opportunities to enhance job satisfaction among auditors. The implications of these findings suggest that auditing firms should prioritize these factors to improve employee retention and performance.
