Abstract

Telemedicine has emerged as a revolutionary force in modern healthcare bridging gaps in medical accessibility affordability and efficiency for both rural and urban populations. The expansion of digital health solutions has transformed patient care enabling remote consultations diagnostics and treatment plans that transcend geographical barriers. This research explores the social impact of telemedicine assessing its effectiveness in improving healthcare outcomes reducing disparities and addressing systemic challenges in healthcare delivery. By employing qualitative and quantitative research methods including patient surveys interviews with healthcare professionals and policy analysis this study evaluates the benefits and limitations of telemedicine across different socio-economic backgrounds.
