Abstract
Urbanization has been a defining trend in modern societies shaping economic opportunities lifestyle patterns and cultural values. While urban growth has led to infrastructural development and economic progress it has also significantly impacted rural communities leading to the gradual erosion of traditional values. The movement of people from rural to urban areas combined with technological advancements and exposure to globalized cultures has transformed social structures family systems and cultural practices. This research paper explores the impact of urbanization on rural traditional values analyzing the sociological economic and cultural dimensions of this transformation. The study seeks to understand how urban influences have altered indigenous knowledge interpersonal relationships and moral structures in rural societies.
